Burial site marked by a cast iron cross on a plinth in the form of a pile of stones. Cross with an excavated face, with arms terminating in cusps. At the intersection of the arms a figure of Christ. At the front on the pedestal a plaque in the form of an unrolled scroll, with a ritual inscription. The quatrefoil framed by an L-shaped band, with a cast-iron fence in the form of bars framed by sigmoidal bars, channel bars and the carving of an arch into a donkey's back, with an entrance at the back. Common plot for gravestones nos. 52-60.

In the file of Wacław Wejtka, under the letter Po, card number 58, dated 1936. According to the file, the location of the gravestone is sector "E2, graves of the Hurczyn family, N2".
