Tomb of the Brzezek and Kokotek families [Kokietek].

Burial site marked by an obelisk on a two-stage plinth, preceded by a contemporary urn. Obelisk and plinth and urn polished. Engraved inscription to front on obelisk (1) and second step of plinth (2) and urn (3). Inscription (4) on the obelisk to the rear .Letters re-gilded. The grave field framed by a band, with pebbled ceramic tiles.
