Jadwiga (Hedwige) Gałęzowska (1882-1886), born in Paris, daughter of Xavier François Gałęzowski and Augusta Marguerite Louise Amélie Tamberlick. She died at the age of four in her parents' house at 163 boulevard Haussmann in Paris. She was buried on 23 June 1886 in the Père-Lachaise cemetery, following a funeral service at the Saint-Augustin parish church. The funeral ceremony was attended by, among others, her parents, brothers Henry and Jan Gałęzowski, sisters Wanda and Maria Gałęzowski, grandfather Henri Tamberlick, uncle Joseph Gałęzowski with his wife and daughter Victoire Gałęzowski, Dr Henry Gorski, Alfred Tamberlick, Dr Lewandowski with his wife née Nowińska, Severin Nowiński and cousins and other family members.
