The chapel was erected on a rectangular plan closed with a trilateral. The building is covered with a tiled gable roof over the presbytery, and a tiled triple-pitched roof over the presbytery. The ridge at the back is topped with a small octagonal little bell, covered with sheet metal and topped with a helmet with a cast-iron open-work cross of three slats, with arms ending in a form of a triangle. The chapel is built of sandstone blocks on a concrete foundation, now secondary whitewashed. Single-axis façade with a triangular gable topped by a concrete cross with arms ending in a triplet form. On the axis, an entrance opening with a single-leaf door, above which is a window with decorative cast-iron grilles. In front of the doorway are traces of the attachment of a probable grille. On the door a rectangular plaque with a ritual inscription (1). To the right of the doorway a trace of a plaque, below a cast-iron plaque with inscription (2). Single-axis side elevations with small semicircularly closed windows, bifolded inwards, with cast-iron grilles in which the original thick glass is fragmentarily preserved. Single-space interior with moulded cornice, whitewashed. A wooden altar survives against the wall. Above, a rectangular panel enclosed by an overhanging arch.
