Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary and St Stephen the First Martyr in Potok Zlatý

The church was founded by Stefan Potrocki and Maria Mohylanka. According to Peter Krasny, Ottaviano Mancini, working in Kyiv, may have had a hand in designing the church and may have been involved by the Potrocki family through his links with Metropolitan Peter Mogilev. It was built in the first half of the 17th century. In the 1880s, the church tower was added. In 1934, the church suffered a fire, but already a year earlier its condition was described as bad. In 1954, the church was converted into a cinema, at which time its tower was demolished. The church's original furnishings included side altars with sculptures in the style of Lviv rococo sculpture, designed by Sebastian Fesinger according to Tomasz Zauch. The founder of the church, Stefan Potocki, was buried in the church crypt.
