At the edge of the village is a war cemetery where Austro-Hungarian soldiers from World War I are buried. Polish soldiers killed in the Polish-Ukrainian war of 1918-1919 are buried in a separate section.

In the interwar period, the cemetery was looked after by the Felician Sisters from a nearby convent. After World War II, the site was forgotten and neglected.

In 2019, the necropolis was cleaned up as part of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage's 'Sites of National Remembrance Abroad' programme. - the area was mowed and a makeshift wooden cross was erected at the site of former Polish burials. Thanks to a search in the Lviv archives, it was possible to obtain a plan of the cemetery, on which the area of Polish burials is marked. In 2023. Stowarzyszenie na Rzecz Gminy Ulhówek "Robim co Możem" performed a permanent commemoration of the Polish section, putting up a cross and a plaque with an inscription in Polish and Ukrainian. The inscription reads: "Resting here / 93 soldiers / fallen / in the Polish-Ukrainian war / Honour to the heroes". The work was carried out as part of the MKiDN programme "Sites of National Remembrance Abroad".
