Information about the building:
. The building of the Notary Public Chamber in Lviv is located at 6 Saksahansky Street. It was built in 1936-1937 according to the design of Zbigniew Wardzał in the style of Modernism.

Completed works:
The aim of the scientific research volunteer camp Lviv Modernism was to conduct a workshop to integrate the Polish and Ukrainian cultural heritage communities on topics related to the preservation of modernist architecture.

Using the example of the building of the Notary Chamber in Lviv, an inventory of the building was carried out, determining its state of preservation and technological construction. This allowed the development of a programme of conservation work and the preparation of a conservation project.

Under the guidance of specialists in the fields of conservation, history of art and architecture, from both Poland and Ukraine, 9 volunteers participated in a discussion aimed at developing directions for the conservation of modernism, learning the basic principles of the protection of works of architectural art, both in the context of general conservation and attention to details and specifics of modernist architecture.

The effects of the project include a programme of conservation work, a conservation project, inventory cards of the building's details, and film and photographic material documenting the work of the volunteers.

The project includes a film report produced in late summer 2021.
