Maria Gałęzowska (1880-1965), Paris-born painter, daughter of Ksawery Franciszek Gałęzowski and Augusta Marguerite Louise Amélie Tamberlick, sister of Henri Severin Joseph Galezowski, Jean Ladislas Galezowski and Hedwige Galezowska (1882-1886). She was the goddaughter of Princess Iza Czartoryska. She exhibited her works in the Paris Salons between 1884 and 1960 and died on 25 March 1965 at Versailles at the age of 84. She was buried on 29 March 1965 in a family grave in the Père-Lachaise cemetery in Paris (annual burial number 381), having been transferred from Versailles.
