The burial place is marked by an obelisk on a two-stage base. On the obelisk on the front a relief carved cross, below a crown of thorns. Below an oval photograph on porcelain. The photograph shows a semi-posteric portrait of a woman with an oval face, full lips and dark eyes. Dark hair, parted, pinned back tightly. The woman is wearing a light-coloured buttoned dress with buff sleeves and a dark collar, fastened with a bird brooch. Below the photograph a panel enclosed by a two-leaf arch, within it and an inscription in engraving.

On the sides of the obelisk relief carved stars. On the back a convex carved heart with a cross. The second step of the pedestal extending upwards in profile.

Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
