On the pedestal a thin lightly sloping slab, on the head on a pedestal with quarter-circle cut-out on a stepped and countersunk base a high cuboidal pedestal with a hipped roof under which there is a pegged frieze, on the cap on a small pedestal a high cross with conical arms, on the front side a countersunk semicircular panel with an inscription; limestone (pedestal, two lower pedestals and slab). Inscriptions: on the front of the pedestal, in a faceted panel topped with a semicircle (1), on the back of the pedestal (2), on the left side of the pedestal (3) and on the right side of the pedestal (4).

Sister buried at cm. in Dresden. Stone monument, on top a statue of a virgin, with a cross, her face and gaze turned towards the east i.e. towards Poland. Inscription on the monument: JADWIGA THIS Polish woman, born 19 February 1825, + 23 February 1842 / Last Daughter Mother, last Sister three Brothers. / Like a child's tear, / Like a pure orifice, / So pure / In this grave / A virgin rests. //.

In 2008, the tombstone was restored through the efforts of the TOZ with funds from the Zygmunt Zaleski Foundation (ATOZ); measurement drawing, 3 projections, scale 1:20, excerpted by B.
