Burial site marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and base, framed on either side by low pedestals. Both elements set on a common narrow slab. In front of the monument a wide horizontal slab on a high base with another horizontal slab on the axis of the cross. Cross on plinth with arms ending straight. The base and the first step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges, the second step ending in a cuboidal protuberance with chamfered corners. On it on the front an engraved inscription with letters filled in with white paint (1). Cd. of the inscription on the second step of the plinth (2).

Inscription:

1. ANDRZEJ TEPER / ⁎ 25.V.1855 † 28.XII.1935 / I ŻONA HELENA / ⁎ 24.IX.1887 † 2.VI.1958 //.
