Burial place marked by an irregular stele framed by a concrete mantle to the rear. On the front at the top leaning to the left, an engraved cross, below an engraved inscription. In the lower right-hand corner the artist's signature.

Franciszka / WRÓBLEWSKIEGO / Doktora Medycyny i Chirurgii / Urodził się Ru 1789. d. 26 Marca. / Umarł Ru 1857. d. 28 kwietnia / Po 40to letniej ciężkiej pracy, dla dobra / Twych dzieci i cierpiącej ludzkości / Spoczywaj drogi ojcze, snem błogosławionych / Cześć Twej pamięci, pokój drogim popiołom / Wieczny opoczynek Duszy./ Prosi o westchnienie do Boga. //.
