The gravestone originally marked with a cross stylised as a tree trunk, on a three-stage plinth in the form of rocks. The second step of the plinth at the top with an irregularly shaped inscription plaque with a rhotic inscription. Third step of plinth with figures of children, terminating in a finial base in the form of tree roots. From left, girl with long braid, wearing long robe with collar, bare feet, embracing boy with medium length hair, wearing long robe with crinkled collar, bare feet. Signature in lower right corner of third step of plinth.

Manusia i Józio / TERLECCY / ur. 25|12 1879 + 17|10 1886 ur. 13|3 1883 + 23|10 1886 / Proszą o pozdrowienie [...] //.
