On a four-stepped stepped pedestal, a tumulus with a faceted base and the same finial, on which a coffin on lion's legs is placed. On the front of the casket: two coats of arms: two shields in heraldic incline under a ducal mitre. First escutcheon: in the red field (sash) a river in obliqueness (Śreniawa - family Lubomirski ); second escutcheon: a bipartite shield in a pole, in the first red field (sash) a scythe with its shoulder to the right and its blade downwards, in the blue field a half-sacred cross on both of these fragments, without the lower left arm (Prus - family Jabłonowski ).

Inscription:

PRINCE / JOSEPH, MAXIMILIEN, WLADISLAS MARIEN / LUBOMIRSKI / CHEVALIER DE LA LÉGION D’HONNEUR / NÉ À NIEWIERKOW (POLOGNE RUSSE) LE 15 AOÛT 1839 / DÉCÉDÉ À NICE (ALPES MARITIMES) LE 15 AVRIL 1911 //.
