Burial place originally marked by cross on base and plinth. Cross on plinth, lost, lies beside gravestone. Plinth, turned over, buried in the ground, covered by a wider moulded panel. On the front an engraved inscription.

TU SPOCZYWA / MACIEY SIKU[R] / ŻYW I UMARŁ r / 856go. 8go LIS[..] / 68 [...] / PIOTR POSTAW / IŁ TĘ [FIGURĘ] / NA [PAMIACI] //.
