The burial site marked by a cross on a three-tier plinth and base. Chamfered cross, with arms ending in a pyramid, on a plinth. At the intersection of the arms a metal figure of Christ. The first step of the plinth with chamfered top edges. Second step of the pedestal with profiled upper edges. On it, on the front, in the upper right corner, the signature of the artist. The third step of the pedestal tapering towards the top, with a stepped and rectangular uprising, covered with a broken canopy carved from the bottom with a full overhanging arch. In the uplift on the axis a rosette motif, in the arch's armpit triangles with a trillium motif. Below a panel closed with a full arch with an inscription.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
