Burial site originally marked by a cross on an irregular stele. The cross is not preserved. On the stele at the front an engraved inscription.

Października / Roku 1878. wieku lat 21. / Koledzy wspólnie z Rodzicami / tę pamiątkę poświęcają. proszą / Przechodniów o westchnienie do Boga, / Po jedynaku Synie / Stroskani Rodzice / żalu ukoić nie mogą / Aż nim nie poczną / Obok twego grobu //.
