A tombstone in the form of a slab, with straight edges, covering a burial chamber, on a brick plinth measuring: 109 x 69.5 x 23 cm, with an inscription in Polish.

Comments on the state of preservation and visible restoration:

Damaged slab edges, weathered stone surface covered with dark layers absorbing dirt from the surroundings, some letters barely legible. Virtually the entire surface of the slab is covered with algae and moss. Disturbed tombstone foundation.
