On a base from which a jardiniere extends from the front, a stepped flat slab, at the head in the base a hollow jardiniere.

Inscriptions: on the front of the slab (1), left: on the side of the slab (2) and on the pedestal (3), right: on the slab - left column (4) and right column (5), below: on the pedestal (6), and on the slab - three plaques (7, 8, 9).
