Burial site marked by a three-stage plinth on the base, framed by a band. The base imitates a pile of stones. The pedestal is polished, its third step is closed with a gable, inscriptions are engraved on the front, above which oval panels are visible, probably for photographs.

Inscription:

1. Tu odpoczywa / MARIA / WDOWKOWA / 22.12.1907 + 24.12.1931 / JAN WDOWKA / umarł w 38 lat / ZOFIA * 28.4. 1879+ 11.5.1946 //.
2. Pieknie tam za brama niebios / każdy swojem ale Bóg wszystkim / Panem //.
