Cemetery in Raszków and Jahorlik with Polish gravestones.

The Catholic noble cemetery in Raszków is located in the eastern part of the village. The cemetery still has tombstones from the mid-19th and early 20th centuries. The necropolis is still active and covers an area of approximately 1 ha.

Completed works:
The following tasks were carried out as part of the project:

Clearing the cemetery area of greenery and rubbish (grass, shrubs, self-sown trees);

Inventory (measurement) of the cemetery: tombstones, fencing;

Cleaning of tombstones (preliminary), plumbing, setting up of toppled ones, securing on the spot of the fragments found in order to use them in the next stages of the works (valuable due to the representations - inscriptions, sculptural fragments and others);

Documentation: photographic, descriptive (state of preservation, causes of deterioration, conclusions for the development of conservation work programmes).
