Romuald Gutt (1888-1974), a leading Polish architect of the interwar period. Professor at the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts and the Warsaw University of Technology. Member of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He designed, among others, the public school in Lipówka in Vilnius, the Warsaw Nursing School Building on Koszykowa Street in Warsaw and the Central Office Building on Niepodległości Avenue in Warsaw.
