Tadeusz Lempicki (1889-1950) - Polish lawyer, consular official with aristocratic roots; active in the Russian Empire, Poland and France. Graduated in law from the University of St Petersburg. Born in St Petersburg, he left for Copenhagen in 1918, from where he emigrated to Paris. While there, he took up a job at the Banque de Commerce. In the 1920s he moved to Poland, where he was professionally active as a lawyer. After World War II, he served as Consul-General of the Republic of Poland, first in Marseille (1947-1949) and then in Toulouse (1949).

Privately, he was the husband of the painter Tamara Łempicka (née Hurwitz) from 1916 to 1927, and later of Irena Spiess.
