Andrzej Benedykt Klagiewicz (1767-1841), titular bishop of Chrysopolitan and auxiliary of Brest, bishop of Vilnius from 1840. Tsarist censor, opponent of the November Rising. Exiled for 14 months after a letter of protest he sent to the Tsar over the massacre in Oshmia.
