The burial place marked by an earth tomb on a rectangular plan, covered by a slab on which two vertical elements. On the right is a statue of St Anne teaching Mary, on the left a statue of St Catherine. At the front of the tomb an entrance closed with a segmental arch. Figures on two-stepped plinths and two-stepped bases. Saint Anne seated, wearing a long gown, a book on her lap. To the right, Mary wearing a belted gown, hands on her mother's lap. The first step of the pedestal with moulded upper edges, the second step of the pedestal covered by a wider moulded panel. On the front a niche with relief carved figures of the three kings. To the left, the star of Bethlehem. On the sides panels with engraved inscriptions (1), (2). Statue of St Catherine on her own plinth. The saint wearing a long gown and cloak. Left hand propped against wheel, palm branch in it. Right hand on breast. Shoulder-length hair and crown on head. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. Second step of plinth covered by wider moulded panel. On three sides an engraved frame with indented quarter circular corners. On the front a panel with an engraved inscription (3).

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2017-2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w książce "Cmentarze dawnego powiatu tarnopolskiego", t. 1 i 2, pod red. A. S. Czyż i B. Gutowskiego, Warszawa 2017-2019 roku. Karty inwentaryzacyjne opublikowane zostały w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
