Burial site marked by an aedicula on plinth and base. Aedicula surmounted by a gabled stepped gable. In the field of the gable an engraved cross. Below a plain cornice with inscription (1). In the panel of the aedicula an inscription (2). On the pedestal an inscription (3) and a signature. Beneath the cornice two supports enclosed on the front triangularly.

Projekt realizowany przez Fundację Akcja Kultura pod kierunkiem dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Wykonawcami są studenci Instytutu Historii Sztuki UKSW. Prace rozpoczęły się w roku 2022 i obejmują dokumentację wszystkich nagrobków związanych z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałych przed 1945 rokiem. W roku 2022 wykonana została dokumentacja w Karwinie Dołach, Karwinie Meksyku, Czeskim Cieszynie i Ligotce Kameralnej. Projekt realizowany jest we współpracą z lokalnymi środowiskami Polskimi.
