A rectangular-plan tomb, its elevations faced with rustication, on a base, covered by a two-stage slab. The first step of the slab protrudes beyond the outline of the wall; the second step, consisting of three joined slabs, precedes a slightly receding gable capped by the carving of a gabled arch with a dodge, surmounted by a cross on a plinth. The deceased is dressed in a patterned, buttoned dress with a collar, wearing a black kerchief tied under her chin. In both photographs there is a decorative border, below it an inscription: ЗАВЖДІ / В НАШИЙ / ПАМ`ЯТІ //. The right (top) photograph depicts a young man with dark, slicked-back hair. Below, a contemporary granite plaque attached. On it, to the left, an oval porcelain photograph of a middle-aged man. Shown against a blue background is the figure of the deceased, facing 3/4 to the left. The man is dressed in a dark suit, white shirt and tie.
