Burial site marked by cross on two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Cross on its own moulded plinth. Chamfered cross with a relief medallion at the intersection of the arms. The first step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges. The second step of the pedestal covered with a profiled panel. On the front side in the panel, an engraved inscription (1). On the left side of the pedestal, an engraved inscription (2).

1. WOJCIECH / TROCKI / żył lat 74 / + 1932 / Prosi o Anioł / Pański //.
2. TU SPOCZYWA / AGIESZKA / TROCKA / ŻYŁA [LAT] 18 / [...]. //.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
