Burial site marked by two crosses on plinths situated side by side in a common concrete band. The crosses are bevelled, with buttresses, on plinths. At the intersection of the arms smaller crosses engraved with letters (on the left: JN / KL / JS CHS; on the right: INRI / JS ChS). In the pedestal to the left of the front an engraved frame with quarter-circle chamfered upper corners, within which is an engraved inscription (1). In the pedestal to the front right a panel enclosed by an overhanging, solid arch, with an engraved inscription (2).

1. TU / ODPOCZYWA / HONORATA / ŻONA JANA / KWIATKOWSKIEGO / †1/5 1893 //.
2. TU / ODPOCZYWA / JAN / KWIATKOWSKI / * […] 183[5] † 1898 //.
