Tombstone of Jan Witoslawski

Burial site marked by an obelisk on a four-stage plinth and base. Obelisk with chamfered top edges, surmounted by a straight cross on a plinth. On the obelisk on the front is engraved the Polish noble coat of arms Nieczuja, below is an engraved inscription (1). The first step of the pedestal high with an engraved inscription on the front (2). Second step of plinth with chamfered quarter-circle upper edges. Third and fourth steps of plinth low.

1. Tu spoczywa / JAN / NI[E]CZUJA / WITOSŁAWSKI / urodz [8?]. III 1808. / zmarł 12. III 1870. / POKÓJ JEGO POPIOŁOM //.

2. Najdroższemu i naj[l][e][p]szemu Ojcu / Synowie //.
