A gravestone marked by a two-stage headstone, at the head of which there was originally probably a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross not preserved. The structure is fragmented. The second step of the pedestal covered with a profiled panel. On the front, an inscription engraved 2. On the left, a panel enclosed by a full overhanging arch with a relief figure of St Joseph. The saint holds a cross in her right hand, her left hand on her heart. She is dressed in a long ruffled robe and cloak fastened with a clasp. Below is an inscription engraved 3. On the panel is an engraved cross.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
