Burial place marked by an urn on a plinth and two-stage base, where figures of a weeping woman and a putti with an oval medallion are set. Urn on its own two-stage base, covered with cairn, originally decorated with garlands. On the first step of the base to the left a putto kneeling on a cloth flowing down from an oval medallion against which it is leaning. On the medallion two bas-relief irregular shields surmounted by crowns of nobility, with the coats of arms of Kalinowa and Jelita, below a relief carved diploma in the form of a partially unfurled scroll tied with a ribbon with a cross-shaped order. On the first step of the base to the right is a figure of a weeping woman leaning with her right arm and left hand against a high, cuboidal plinth, covered by a gabled roof with cornice and tympanum. The figure is shown frontally, in counter-posture, with a bowed head visible in left profile. The mourning woman is dressed in a long draped robe and a shawl covering her head, breasts and shoulders. Her long, curly hair is tied over her forehead with a headband. On the pedestal at the front an engraved inscription.

Dokumentacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2005-2007 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem dr Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w książce "Cmentarze dawnego powiatu buczackiego", pod red. A. S. Czyż i B. Gutowskiego, Warszawa 2017 roku. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem. Karty inwentaryzacyjne przechowywane są w Warszawie przez Archiwum Akt Nowych (zespół dokumentów Stowarzyszenia „Wspólnota Polska”) oraz Departament Dziedzictwa Kulturowego Ministerstwa Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego.
