Burial place originally marked by a headstone in the form of a coffin lid on a base with a cross behind it on the base. Cross perpetuated, lying beside the gravestone. The arms of the cross terminating in a semicircle with quarter-scrolls. The lower arm widening downwards. On the cross an engraved inscription, below a panel closed with a full arch, in it a relief figure of Mary. Mary with her hands folded in a prayer gesture. Dressed in long ruffled robes and cloak, the halves fastened with a clasp. Short hair. Shoes visible. A cross engraved on the tombstone.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
