The gravestone marked with a cross on an obelisk, on a plinth and a three-tier base. On the base, in the upper right-hand corner an engraved signature. Plinth and obelisk with chamfered top edges. On the front of the obelisk an engraved inscription. The gravestone surrounded by a cast iron fence, connected to the front with two benches, with a wicket space on the axis. The fence is shared with the tombstone of the Oziębłowski family.
