The burial place is marked by a gravestone with a panel in the upper part with quarter-circle chamfered corners. In the upper part there is a panel with quarter-circle chamfered corners. In the panel there is a relief cross with arms ending in a trillium, on a plinth, supported by a skull with tibias, framed by volutes. At the intersection of the arms a gloria. At the level of the upper arm of the cross an inscription is carved (2). In the lower part of the tombstone an engraved inscription (1).

Inscription:

1. TU / SPOCZYWA S. P. / [...]yra z [...] / [...] [D]ziubata / [...] ktura / przyniosła do / wieczności 1878. [8] / roku / [...] żyła //.
