Burial site marked by a statue of St Peter on a three-tier plinth and base. Figure on its own base. The figure in counterpoint, holding a key in his right hand and a book in his left. The first and second steps of the plinth with chamfered top edges. On the second step of the pedestal at the front an engraved inscription (1). The third step of the pedestal with a simplified beam consisting of architrave and cornice, covered by a hipped roof. On the front a shallow niche closed with a solid arch, in which is a relief figure of St Tekla. The saint, in a slight contrapposto, stands on her own plinth, holding a cross in her bent right hand and a palm leaf in her lowered left hand, with a schematic lion's head at her feet to the left. On the back of the third step of the plinth a panel enclosed by a full overhanging arch, on the sides panels enclosed at the bottom and top by an overhanging segmental arch in which are engraved inscriptions. To the right (2) and left (3).

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
