Burial site originally marked by a statue of a Guardian Angel with a child on a two-stage plinth. The statue on its own base in the form of stone blocks, where the space in front is for a photograph. The Guardian Angel in a contrapposto, with large wings, wearing a long flowing robe, his right hand pointing upwards, his left hand embracing the boy. The child, barefoot, in a long flowing robe, with his hands folded over his heart, directs his gaze upwards to the right. On the first step of the pedestal a pea-glazed frame with earpieces to the front. The second step of the pedestal is sunken, with chamfered upper edges. On the front a profiled oval frame, in which an engraved inscription (1). Below a panel closed with a gabled arch. In it, an engraved inscription (2).

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2005-2007 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem dr Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w książce "Cmentarze dawnego powiatu buczackiego", pod red. A. S. Czyż i B. Gutowskiego, Warszawa 2017 roku. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem. Karty inwentaryzacyjne przechowywane są w Warszawie przez Archiwum Akt Nowych (zespół dokumentów Stowarzyszenia „Wspólnota Polska”) oraz Departament Dziedzictwa Kulturowego Ministerstwa Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego.
