The burial place is marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth. The cross is moulded into the vertical plate of the plinth. The arms of the cross end in a pyramidal form. First step of the plinth with profiled upper edges. The second step of the plinth finished with a simplified beam. On the front wall an engraved inscription (2). On the right wall an engraved inscription (1).

Inscription:

1. 3 Lutego / RoKu / 1863 //.
2. [Tu] spocy / wa Zuzan / na Zi[...]a / Przeżyłszy / [...] 50 L[at] / [...] / [...] //.

ca. 1863
