Biography:

Tadeusz Langier (1877-1940), né à Lviv, fils d'Andrew, photographe, économiste et avocat. Il étudie le droit à l'université Jagellon. Il collabora avec Stanisław Ignacy Witkiewicz, fut son ami intime et son professeur de photographie, et apparut également dans ses œuvres littéraires et artistiques. Il a notamment photographié pendant la Première Guerre mondiale en tant que sergent dans le 1er régiment de uhlans des légions polonaises. Décoré de la Croix de l'Indépendance. Il est décédé à Zakopane.
