Chortkiv town hall

The burial place marked by a cross on a plinth and two-stage base. Cross, with one arm severed, straight, on plinth; at the intersection of the arms a relief carved figure of Christ, above a titulus. The plinth tapering upwards covered with a moulded panel. On the front of the pedestal a panel with quarter-circle chamfered corners with an engraved inscription.

Tu odpoczywa. / Łukas[z] Urban. / [i] Rozal[ii]a. / [z]marł[...] / [Dni]a. [Roku 1892] //.
