On a high pedestal stepped thick flat light-weight slab, at the headrest a low transverse stele with chamfered corners, on the slab at the headrest on the left side a small cross of black stone superimposed. Inscriptions on the stele (1) and on the ceramic commemorative ornament with a flower (2).
