Slab-covered tomb with cross on two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. The cross on a moulded plinth, at the intersection of the arms a trace of the attachment of the figure of Christ. The first step of the pedestal with profiled upper edges, on the front a panel in it 1)a pseudo-releaf inscription, on the right 2)an engraved inscription. The second step of the pedestal tapering towards the top, on the front a panel in which at the top there is a tracery decoration, in the corners there is a triple-leaf motif, below it there is a 3)pseudo-relief inscription. 4)On the back and 5)on the left side an engraved inscription. The plinth covered by a wider slab with moulded lower edges. To the rear of the tomb a fragment of a cast iron fence.

In Waclaw Wejtka's file, under the letter L, card no. 47, with the surname of Leonovich Mikolaj, no. 50 with the surname of Leonovich Maria, and no. 51 with the surname of the Leonovichs, Bohdanovich Rosa. In all cards references are made to a card with the surname of Bohdanowicz Joseph.
