A modernised reading of the text

People's House in Szeszory named after Minister General Kasprzycki.

In Szeszory, Kosów County, a solemn ceremony was held for the consecration of the newly erected church, built through the efforts of the local committee, and for the consecration and laying of the cornerstone of the General Tadeusz Kasprzycki People's House. The ceremony was attended by Governor General Paslawski, Colonel Grabowski, Lieutenant Colonel Ryzinski, Kosovo Starost Fiala, MP Wasilewski, two companies of an infantry regiment with an orchestra, a scout troop from Poznan, and others.

The act of consecration of the church was performed by prelate Peciak, assisted by the clergy, and attended by many inhabitants of Széchory and neighbouring settlements, who came in large numbers to express their joy at the construction of new Polish facilities in the Eastern Borderlands. After the consecration of the church, Governor Paslawski gave a long speech to the audience, and then laid the foundation stone for the People's House, and familiarised himself with the construction plan for this building, which is to house the local school and agricultural cooperative. From Szeszory he went to Berezovo Średnia, where he was welcomed at the gates of the old church by the local parish priest, took part in the service, and then visited the barracks of the Hutsul regiment and the semi-colony for poor children in the countryside, organised by the "Military Family" in Kolomyia.
