On a high pedestal from which a jardiniere, a stepped light-weight, thick, flat panel extends from the front, a panel in the shape of a lectern at the head of the panel.

Inscriptions: on a lectern-shaped plaque laid on the slab (1), on the right side of the slab in two columns side by side (2) and on a porcelain plaque in the shape of an open book with folded pages, lying on the slab (3).

Anatole Jakovsky, pseudonym 'Anatole Delagrave' (born 13 August 1907 in Chișinău, died 24 September 1983 in Paris at 42 boulevard Jourdan), son of Jean Vladislav Jahovsky and Zinaide (surname unknown), resident in Paris, at 134 rue de la Tombe Issoire, writer, husband of Renée Germaine Frère. He created the Musée international d'art naïf Anatole-Jakovsky in Nice

Renée Germaine Frère (born 26 September 1910 in Saint-Omer, died 11 May 1999 in the 14th arrondissement of Paris), daughter of 'Georges' Eugène Henri Frère (c. 1875-1936) and Marie Antoinette Tartar (1883-1945). Wife of Anatole Jakovsky, married on 4 January 1943 in the 6th arrondissement of Paris
