On a high plinth with chamfered corners, a stepped thick flat slab.

Inscriptions: on the front of the slab (1), on the right side of the slab in two columns - left (2) and right (3) and on a granite plaque in the shape of an open book with a metal bouquet of flowers, placed on the slab (4).

Janine Jabtko, née Koursky, born 15 December 1928 in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, died 24 January 2005 in the 11th arrondissement of Paris

Boris Jabtko, born on 8 May 1923 in Paris, tailor. Died on 26 August 2005 in Andrésy. Possibly the son of Srul Jabtko (born 1893 in Siedlce, died 1944 in Auschwitz), tailor, and Barbara Grundstein, brother of Robert Jabtko (1925-1944).
