On a low pedestal stepped lightly gabled slab, at the head on three stepped pedestals a tall column with a Tuscan base on a plinth surmounted by an urn; traces of fencing.

Mélina Guibert de Miaskowska de Boncza (1811-1897), born in Nantes (Loire-Inférieure), daughter of Louis Guibert and Pauline Huart, an annuitant, wife of Napoleon Stanislas Miaskowski, whom she married on 24 May 1837 in Paris, in the parish of Saint-Thomas d'Aquin. This marriage produced the children Marie Françoise, Leonia Christine, Marta and Leontine Marie Christine. She died on 21 February 1897 in Paris, at her residence at 8, rue de Metz, and was first buried on 23 February 1897 in Père-Lachaise cemetery, div. 90, row 3, gr. 13 (burial recorded under the annual number 1277). Subsequently, on 15 January 1898, her remains were transferred to the present concession No. 869, together with Maria Françoise Miaskowska (according to the B.C. Burial Books).
