The burial place is marked by a wide slab with two narrower, rectangular, slightly convex slabs. At the head of the slab is a stele on a two-stepped pedestal, topped with a hipped cross with straight arms. The first step of the pedestal fluted vertically, framed by two perpendicular pedestals. On the stele a luminate with inscription (1). On the third step of the pedestal an inscription (2).

Projekt realizowany przez Fundację Akcja Kultura pod kierunkiem dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Wykonawcami są studenci Instytutu Historii Sztuki UKSW. Prace rozpoczęły się w roku 2022 i obejmują dokumentację wszystkich nagrobków związanych z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałych przed 1945 rokiem. W roku 2022 wykonana została dokumentacja w Karwinie Dołach, Karwinie Meksyku, Czeskim Cieszynie i Ligotce Kameralnej. Projekt realizowany jest we współpracą z lokalnymi środowiskami Polskimi.
