The burial site was originally marked by a cross on a two-stepped base and a three-stepped plinth. The plinth for the finial has survived. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the front an oval panel after removal, below an engraved inscription in Polish. The second step of the pedestal finished with profiling. On the front an engraved inscription in Polish. The third step of the pedestal narrows towards the top, closed with an irregularly elaborated beam covered with a gabled roof framed with acroterions on the sides. In front a panel repeating the shape of the pedestal, closed with an overhanging semicircular arch. Inside, an engraved inscription in Ukrainian, below it an oval panel for a photograph. The front side edges with chamfered surface. On the right side of the pedestal, an oval panel with a photograph, below it an inscription in Ukrainian. The boy in the photograph is wearing a white shirt with a stand-up collar. On his head is light-coloured hair. At the level of the boy's forehead there is a significant cavity in the porcelain.
