On the pedestal is a stepped, slightly sloping slab, at the head on two stepped pedestals is a tall cross with panels supported on joined volutes, on the head of which is fixed a coat of arms, on the pedestal are traces of a fence (the 1910 photograph shows a cast-iron fence in neo-Gothic style). Inscriptions on the base of the cross under the coat of arms (1) and on the larger pedestal (2).

Coats of arms: bipartite shield in pole, in the 1st red field (sash) an eagle (without crown), in the 2nd red field a knight in a helmet with a plume with a sword in his right hand and a shield in his left hand on a horse at a gallop (Pahonia Litewska), in the red field.
