Variants of the name:

Basilica di Santa Croce di Firenze

In the Castellani Chapel, we can see the sarcophagus of painter Michał Bogoria-Skotnicki (1775-1808) by Stefano Ricci ( see more on this subject ), and of Prince Michał Kleofas Ogiński (1765-1833) - MP at the Four-Year Sejm and composer. Also buried here is Aleksandra Moszczenski (d. 1838) - once the beloved of Juliusz Słowacki.
Zofia Zamoyska, née Czartoryska, daughter of Izabela Czartoryska, was buried in the Salvatí chapel in 1837. The author of the monument was Lorenzo Bartolini. Next to it rests Zofia Cieszkowska née Kicka. The tombstone has the form of a bronze "death door" and was made by Teofil Lenartowicz in 1870-72. Another work of a Pole is the bas-relief in the church from 1882 - the epitaph of the Italian Stanislao Bechi. The Italian joined the January Uprising and was executed by the Russians in Wloclawek in 1863.
